The location of this hotel is perfect, close to popular destinations like Freeport, Portland, and Kittery. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is in an ideal location, right on the ocean, providing stunning views. Guests can enjoy the sound of the waves and beautiful sunsets from their private balconies. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with amenities such as a Keurig and a fridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of options available. The hotel also offers facilities like an indoor and seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, and spa services. It is conveniently located near Route 1, allowing easy access to antique shops and other attractions.

The breakfast buffet could be improved, with some items like scrambled eggs and French toast lacking flavor. Pancakes were not available, which could be disappointing for pancake lovers.

I was in the area on business and able to have my wife and son enjoy the beach, pool and overall wonderful setting. Absolutely perfect experience.

Great hotel with one of the most beautiful locations in York, right on the beach in a protected cove, which is fantastic for family with young children. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and only too pleased to assist you in your requirements. The breakfast buffet service is out of this world and you must eat at the restaurant and try the menu in the evening - I can personally recommend the scallops - best I've ever had !

Expensive price for quality of room offered, but you pay for location here !

The place is incredibly beautiful and has an excellent location on the beach with a great atmosphere. the rooms are well furnished and well-appointed, with an extraordinary breakfast and private balcony provided. - Super friendly people are working there. - the breakfasts are delicious.

We particularly enjoyed the piano music at dinner time. To us, there is nothing more relaxing than a leisurely dinner with soothing piano music in the background. The view from the dining room is spectacular and the food was outstanding.

The Inn has alot of amenities: outdoor pool, indoor pool, beach, balcony , pc for guests, wifi and large size rooms. The Inn is a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The food was excellent both breakfast and dinner.

Spend a lovely time in a hotel room with high-end décor, a functional gym, and a spa where you can treat yourself to a relaxing aromatherapy session. You can also delight your senses with a delicious, varied, and real breakfast buffet with fresh eggs, fruits, and sausages, and take a walk to travel Route 1 to hit all of the antique shops.

I had a really nice stay. I loved the hotel, it's lovely, it has so very friendly staff and lovely location. Location: the property was next to the Stage Neck Inn. The room well furnished and the beds were comfy.

Very classy atmosphere and the location and views were just beautiful.
